Public WiFi Goes Live in Brighton

Public WiFi is now available at over 40 venues across Brighton & Hove. Switched on for the first time at 5pm on 31st March 2015, the free to use service offers up to 24 hours access to the Internet.

Delivered as part of the Super Connected Cities Programme, infrastructure was installed in Brighton & Hove City Council's main buildings in just 6 weeks. The service covers a variety of venues including both Brighton & Hove Town Halls, child care and leisure centres.

Work is currently being carried to extend the WiFiiservice to museums across the city.

Members of the public wishing to use the service can register to use the service by connecting their device to _Link Free.
