Planning
When designing an IT solution for your business it is important that we understand the way that your business operates and what you would like from the system. We will work with you to design the solution for your business that best meets your needs. We’ll identify other suppliers you need, liaise with them and brief them. We’ll plan for every eventuality and make sure everything is taken into consideration before the first engineers announce themselves at reception.


Implementation
Once the installation is underway, we’ll organise and manage everything to make sure the whole process goes smoothly including procurement and logistics. We’re flexible and we can make any necessary design adjustments as we go along. A member of the team will keep you updated throughout the implementation process.
Testing
We will test that the solutions we have implemented for your business are all set up correctly and ready to be used by your team. If possible we will get a few members of your team to start using the system as soon as possible to identify if any early tweaks need to be made to optimise the system.


Training
We will teach you how to use and get the best from your new solution. This can include delivery of simple guides and access to systems through to creation of training materials and courses for groups of staff.
Launch
Once everyone is familiar with how the system works and it has been fully tested all that is left is to launch the system to all internal users. We work closely with you to define all of the pre-flight checks required and only launch when you are satisfied that it is ready for production.


Ongoing Support
Our work doesn’t end when we sign off the project. We can continue to look after everything on an ongoing basis. We can manage your IT solutions for the whole of their lifecycle, taking care of any issues that may crop up, and adding anything extra you may need. At the same time, we’ll be constantly planning ahead and starting to think about the next stage.
